What is address jigging?

Address jigging automatically creates slight variations of your shipping address (formatting changes to name, street, phone) to help avoid duplicate order detection and reduce cancellation rates. It doesn't change where your items ship.

What is session warming?

Session warming pre-authenticates browser sessions with retailers, so when a product restocks, checkout can happen instantly without login delays. This gives you a speed advantage on competitive drops.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All sensitive data including payment cards and retailer credentials are encrypted at rest using SQLCipher. We never store raw card numbers or passwords.

Do I need a desktop app?

Yes. The desktop app handles the actual checkout automation and runs locally on your machine. The web dashboard lets you manage tasks, profiles, and settings remotely. Both will be included with your subscription.
